We have some 700 barrels on our premises of between 225 and 500 litres, 80% of them French Oak and 20% American Oak.
Each barrel imbues our wine with that final touch to ensure a unique and original flavour.
The evolution of wine is infinite. After barrel-ageing, the wine is bottled where it slowly softens, until it is ready to be enjoyed.
